The Think Tank on China Higher Vocational Education Development recently carried out a statistical analysis on the number of invention patents granted to Chinese higher vocational colleges in 2022. A total of 6,858 invention patents were granted to Chinese higher vocational colleges during the year, up 23.3% from 2021. To be specific, “double higher” vocational colleges obtained a total of 3,769 invention patents, an average of 22 per college. ZZRVTC obtained 89 invention patents, ranking sixth among all higher vocational colleges.
