ZZRVTC Conducts Customized Training for Indonesia's BTR Company

Recently, the 2024 Annual Chinese Language and Competency Enhancement Training Summary Meeting for employees of Indonesia's BTR Company was held online.

Recently, the 2024 Annual Chinese Language and Competency Enhancement Training Summary Meeting for employees of Indonesia's BTR Company was held online. As one of the training institutions, ZZRVTC was invited to attend the meeting, with Zhang Xiaoxia, Dean of the School of Pharmacy, delivering a speech. The event was attended by Chen Guoan, Director of the Human Resources Department of BTR Company, Hou Gang, Vice President of GEC Academy Advanced Research Institute, and representatives of Chinese instructors.

 

From December 2024 to February 2025, at the invitation of BTR Company, Duan Peiling from the Food Safety Teaching and Research Office of the School of Pharmacy and Zhang Hongquan from the Emergency Surgical Nursing Teaching and Research Office of the School of Nursing conducted a two-month specialized training program on Safety Production, Emergency Management, and Occupational Health for local employees in Indonesia. The training was meticulously designed to address safety needs in production operations and equipment handling scenarios. It included modules on routine safety hazards and protective measures, as well as emergency response procedures, utilizing case studies and animated videos to enhance understanding. The program helped employees grasp safety operation protocols and master techniques for hazard identification and emergency response, thereby strengthening the company's safety production framework.

During the summary meeting, BTR's leadership highly praised the training's effectiveness, noting that the employees gained substantial knowledge and skills. The instructors not only imparted practical knowledge on safety production and occupational health but also shared valuable experiences, significantly enhancing the employees' capabilities and laying a solid foundation for their future career development. Zhang Xiaoxia highlighted the school's strength, responsibility, and commitment to international collaboration, emphasizing its role in supporting enterprises in their global ventures. Both parties expressed a strong desire for deeper and broader cooperation in the future.

Indonesia BTR Company is the first large-scale overseas project of China's leading new energy battery enterprise, BTR New Material Group Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons of anode materials. The project's operation is of great significance for promoting international capacity cooperation and advancing local economic and social development.

Supporting enterprises to go global and conducting localized operations is a responsibility and commitment of vocational colleges. ZZRVTC will use this training as an opportunity to expand its service scope, enhance training quality, and promote mutual empowerment between education and industry, contributing to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
