On November 13, ZZRVTC held the graduation ceremony for the practical teaching phase of the Tanzania Railways Corporation Staff training project. Wang Huaxing, Director of the Department of Foreign Cooperation and Exchanges Division of the Henan Provincial Education Department, and Wang Jianjun, Minister of the Vocational Training Department of the China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group, were invited to attend and deliver speeches. President Li Fusheng, Vice President Lu Yanqi, heads of relevant functional departments and secondary colleges, teacher representatives, and the first group of 67 Tanzanian trainees attended the event.

Li Fusheng extended warm congratulations to all trainees. He stated that the successful implementation of this training was due to the collaborative support of all levels. During the three-month training, the trainees systematically studied theoretical knowledge in areas such as safe operation and passenger service, and participated in on-site internships at the China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group. Through joint training by school and enterprise mentors, the trainees' practical skills and overall professional competence were comprehensively improved. He emphasized that this training not only laid a solid foundation for the trainees' personal career growth but also injected new momentum into the high-quality development of Tanzania's railway industry. He encouraged all trainees: Cherish your valuable experiences and friendships in China, transform what you have learned into inexhaustible motivation for the development of Tanzania's railway industry, and strive to be a solid bridge for China-Tanzania friendship and cooperation.

In his speech, Wang Jianjun stated that this training is another important achievement of friendly cooperation between China and Tanzania in the railway sector. During the four-week enterprise internship, the trainees, with great enthusiasm, serious attitude, and diligence, deeply learned about China's railway operation management, technical standards, equipment maintenance, and safety assurance, demonstrating excellent learning ability and professional quality. He hoped that the trainees would transform the results of this training into practical abilities to promote their work, shine in their respective positions, and contribute more to the development of Tanzania's railway.

In his speech, Wang Huaxing pointed out that China-Africa cooperation is entering a new stage of high-quality development. The Belt and Road Initiative is deeply integrated with the construction of the African Continental Free Trade Area, opening up broader space for educational cooperation between the two sides. The Henan Provincial Education Department will always adhere to the principles of openness, integration, mutual benefit, and win-win, continuously promote practical cooperation between local universities and Belt and Road countries, create more high-quality projects, and enable educational resources to better serve the infrastructure construction and industrial upgrading needs of countries along the route, injecting strong educational momentum into building a China-Africa community with a shared future.
