Recently, the International Forum on Science and Technology Education Innovation (2025 Hainan) was grandly held in Wenchang. With the theme of "Empowering Education with Technology, Leading the Future with Innovation," the forum brought together nearly 200 renowned experts and scholars, university leaders, heads of research institutions, and business representatives from China and Russia. They conducted in-depth discussions on the cutting-edge trends and cooperation paths for the deep integration of technology and education. Tian Daomin, Secretary of the Party Committee of ZZRVTC, was invited to attend the forum and held bilateral exchanges with representatives from Russian universities and enterprises during the event.

At the opening ceremony, Evgeny Petrovich Grabchak, Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, and Igor Alexandrovich Pozdnyakov, Education Counselor of the Russian Embassy in China, extended their congratulations to the forum via video and in person. Afterwards, Guan Xiaohong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Nikolai Dmitrievich Rogalev, President of Moscow Power Engineering Institute, delivered keynote speeches on energy, aerospace, and educational technology.

During his exchange with Alexander Alekseyevich Klimov, President of Russian University of Transport, Tian Daomin emphasized that since the cooperation between the two universities began, both sides have used joint education programs as a platform to enhance the internationalization of faculty, promote diversified student development, and actively advance international scientific research cooperation, achieving a series of fruitful results. On this basis, ZZRVTC is willing to further strengthen cooperation with the Russian side, expand the scale of talent cultivation, and jointly train more high-level international skilled talents to contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative. Klimov expressed full agreement with ZZRVTC's proposal, stating that Russian University of Transport attaches great importance to cooperation with ZZRVTC and is willing to deepen pragmatic cooperation in education, scientific research innovation, and faculty-student exchanges, further expand the breadth and depth of joint education programs, promote complementary advantages of both sides' resources, jointly address the challenges brought by global energy transformation, and work together to create a model of China-Russia educational cooperation, injecting new momentum into the sustained development of bilateral relations.
This forum was jointly initiated by relevant Chinese and Russian institutions in science, technology, and education, strongly supported by Hainan Province and Wenchang City, hosted by the Hainan Satellite Data and Application Research Center, and organized by Hainan Modong Education Technology Development Co., Ltd. The forum aims to promote international collaborative development in science, technology, and education, build a high-level international exchange and cooperation platform, and jointly address the challenges of global sustainable development.
