In his speech, Tian Daomin stated that Tanzania is an important partner in the Belt and Road Initiative and a key pilot area for China-Africa capacity cooperation. As a leading institution in China's vocational education "going global," ZZRVTC designed an integrated practical teaching program for this training and formed an experienced teaching team to ensure that every trainee gains and applies what they have learned. He encouraged all trainees to cherish the training opportunity, devote themselves to learning, combine China's advanced railway experience with Tanzania's actual needs, hone their skills, and become the backbone of Tanzania's rail transit industry.

Sun Xiangchun introduced the overseas business development of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation. He pointed out that China Civil Engineering has been rooted in Tanzania for 45 years and is an important participant and contributor to Tanzania's infrastructure construction. This training is of great significance to the construction of the Central Corridor network in East Africa. The company is willing to do its best and leverage its professional advantages to truly transform China's advanced railway technology and experience into development momentum for Tanzania, making greater contributions to the development of Tanzania's railway industry.

On behalf of the training provider, Li Guoxiu welcomed the 69 trainees from Tanzania Railway Company. He emphasized that Beijing Jiaotong University has a solid foundation of cooperation with Tanzania and has trained a large number of talents for Tanzania's railway construction and operation. The training includes classroom lectures, on-site teaching, and cultural experiences, aiming to comprehensively improve the trainees' technical and management capabilities. He hoped that the trainees would apply what they have learned to better serve the development of Tanzania's railway and contribute to China-Tanzania cooperation in the railway sector.

On behalf of all trainees, international student representative Projestus Lilian Kaumuliza expressed sincere gratitude to the training organizers and sponsors. She stated that this training not only demonstrates China's firm support for the development of Tanzania's railway industry but also vividly witnesses the deep friendship between China and Tanzania. She looks forward to effectively improving her professional quality and modern railway operation capabilities through this training, contributing to the modernization of Tanzania's railway and injecting positive energy into building a China-Africa community with a shared future.

At the meeting, the guests presented appointment letters to the group leaders of the trainees, hoping that they would fulfill their responsibilities, play a leading role, assist in class management, learning organization, and communication and coordination, and jointly create a diligent, mutually supportive, and positive training atmosphere.
