On January 21, the Secretariat of the BRICS TVET Cooperation Alliance (BRICS-TCA) officially released the 2025 Annual Activities Collection of the Alliance (English Version). As a core member of the Alliance, ZZRVTC had multiple high-level international cooperation and exchange activities successfully included, covering participation in high-end conferences, joint research, and diverse cultural exchanges. This highlights the college’s outstanding achievements and leading role in deeply integrating into global vocational education governance and serving the Belt and Road Initiative.

In June last year, the BRICS TVET Cooperation Alliance Conference was held in Brazil. As an important member, ZZRVTC delivered a keynote speech at the conference, providing practical Chinese solutions for the development of vocational education in the Global South. In July, the Russian Federal Institute for the Development of Vocational Education and Training released a special research report titled Vocational Education and Training and Its Impact on the Development Potential of BRICS Countries, in which a case study on industry-education integration by ZZRVTC was included. This demonstrates that the college’s practical achievements in promoting talent cultivation model reform and meeting industry development needs have entered the field of international academic research. In addition, the 4th International Student Academic Conference hosted by ZZRVTC, the summer camp in Russia, and the customized Chinese + Vocational Skills program for students of Ural State University of Railway Transport were all included in the Alliance’s annual activities collection, showcasing the diversity and inclusiveness of the college’s international cooperation.

The inclusion of these achievements is a high recognition of ZZRVTC’s internationalization strategy and execution. Looking ahead, the college will continue to use the BRICS TVET Cooperation Alliance as a strategic fulcrum, continuously expanding the breadth and depth of its international cooperation network, and making sustained efforts in alliance building, joint research, and talent cultivation. ZZRVTC will actively contribute to building a closer and more innovative BRICS TVET community.
